What files do you need for PCB / PCBA quotation?
For PCB: Gerber + PCB spec.
For PCBA: Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place, and assembly notes.
If some files are missing, we can help you check and confirm.
What BOM format do you accept?
Excel (.xls / .xlsx) is preferred.
Please include part number, quantity, reference designators, and manufacturer if specified.
Can you source components for turnkey PCBA?
Yes. We provide full turnkey and partial turnkey services, including component sourcing, PCB fabrication, and assembly.
Do you accept customer-supplied components (consigned parts)?
Yes. Consigned, partial turnkey, and full turnkey PCBA are all supported.
Can you help review files before order confirmation?
Yes. We provide DFM/DFA checks before production and will contact you if any issues are found.
What if my files are not finalized yet?
No problem. You can send preliminary files for cost estimation. Final pricing and lead time will be confirmed after file release.
Can you sign NDA for my project?
Yes. We can sign NDA before file review and quotation if required.
How do I place an order after quotation?
After price and lead time are confirmed, we issue a PI for approval. Production starts after payment and final file confirmation.

Cost structure, component pricing, and payment terms.
What factors affect the PCBA price?
PCBA pricing mainly depends on PCB specs, BOM cost, assembly complexity, testing requirements, and order quantity.
Why does the BOM cost take a large portion of the total price?
In most PCBA projects, components account for the biggest share of cost, especially for branded or specified parts.
Do you use original and brand-new components?
Yes. We use original, brand-new components . Traceability and incoming inspection are applied to key parts.
Can you help reduce BOM cost?
Yes. With your approval, we can suggest alternative parts or sourcing options to optimize cost without affecting function.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer). Other methods can be discussed for long-term cooperation.
What are your payment terms?
For new customers, payment is required before production. For repeat orders or long-term partners, terms can be discussed.
Are there any hidden or extra costs?
Quotation validity depends on component market price and lead time. Usually valid for 5–10 working days.
Is the quotation valid for a long time?
No. All costs are clearly listed in the quotation. Any extra cost due to file changes or special requirements will be confirmed in advance.

Manufacturing & Quality
Assembly process, inspection, testing, and certifications.
What QC processes do you have for PCBA?
We run IQC for incoming parts, SPI/AOI during SMT, X-ray for BGAs as needed, functional testing if required, and final inspection before packing.
Do you provide AOI reports?
By default we provide AOI pictures/records upon request. Full AOI reports can be arranged for specific projects if you define the format and acceptance criteria.
Can you do functional testing?
Yes. You can provide a test procedure, fixtures, or firmware. We can also help you define a simple test plan for prototypes and small batches.
How do you ensure traceability?
We keep batch/lot tracking for key components and production records for each build, so issues can be traced back to material and process lots.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For PCBA prototypes and small batches, MOQ is flexible. We support quick turns and low-volume engineering builds.
Can you assemble BGA / 01005 components?
Yes. We support fine-pitch BGAs and small passive parts. Let us review your Gerber, BOM, and placement to confirm DFM and yield risk.
Do you offer conformal coating / potting?
Yes. We can apply conformal coating, selective coating, and potting based on your requirement and application environment.
What certifications do you have?
We operate under standard quality management systems and can share relevant certificates and inspection records during evaluation.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We support DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and air or sea freight, based on your delivery time and cost requirements.
Can you ship using our courier account?
Yes. You can provide your DHL / FedEx / UPS account, and we will arrange shipment accordingly.
Do you provide commercial invoice and packing list?
Yes. Commercial invoice, packing list, and other export documents can be provided for customs clearance.
How long does shipping usually take?
Express delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on destination and courier.
What happens if there is a quality issue after delivery?
Please contact us with photos, videos, or test records. We will analyze the issue and provide corrective actions or rework solutions.
Do you offer warranty for PCBA?
Yes. We provide a 5-year warranty for PCBA products. Warranty terms can be confirmed based on project type.
Can you support after-sales repair or rework?
Yes. We support repair, rework, and engineering analysis for returned boards if required.
How do you handle long-term after-sales support?
For long-term partners, we keep production records and offer continuous technical and after-sales support for repeat builds.
